When I think of beach art I think of wooden signs with kitschy sayings like "friends of friends may not bring friends." Artist Damien Hirst's designed deck chair is more like it. I want this for my living room! At othercriteria.com (via luxuryculture)
I secretly covet (until now) Yves Saint Laurent's streamlined and stylish travel adapter. I love the simplicity of it. I still use the complicated multi-unit adapter system my husband bought for our first trip abroad. So heavy, bulky and so many pieces - it is (almost) complicated enough to consider letting my hair air-dry. The YSL travel adapter is a one-piece electrical dual-voltage plug
adapter that connects gadget to outlet in any combination in more than
150 countries. The circular device swivels to each region’s plug and comes in a beautiful and compact leather bag available in fuchsia, black and violet. $450 at ysl.com. (via tmagazine)
