turquoise is the color of 2010

Mimosa yellow is so 2009. Turquoise was selected as the color of 2010 by Pantone, which tracks colors in the fashion and home-décor industries. This news apparently has been well received by the trade calling it "transporting" (as in to the beach!), "flexible," and "universal."  As for me, turquoise is perhaps my least favorite color.  That said, my color palatte is pretty much black (with the occasional leopard print thrown in)  so what do I know?
