Return to Beauty offers inexpensive skin care regimens you can make from fresh ingredients you may already have in your kitchen. Author and aesthetician to the stars Narine Nikogosian trained in nursing with a concentration in dermatology in her native Armenia and Russia before coming to the United States where she built a well-respected reputation at Ole Henriksen on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. She was kind enough to send me this book and offers this creamy pumpkin spa mask recipe, one of her most popular, for Season Five readers. Pumpkins are high in vitamins A and C (antioxidants) and zinc - great for the skin. Enjoy!
