Cyana.Trend.Land just published the first leaked photo of Madonna for Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2009-2010 ad campaign shot by Steven Meisel. The ad campaign, Madonna's second for the luxury design house, will be officially released in August. This is pretty neutral for Madonna - I'm curious what she will bring for the six other spots.

There is something super unearthly about this photo of Madge. Over-photoshopped maybe? I wish just once we could see her in all her gorgeous, yet human 50 year old woman glory.
