fall 2009: roberto cavalli

I've never been a fan of Roberto Cavalli and his fur-trimmed collars, animal prints and florals. I had a fantastic time trying on many of his outrageous pieces at one of his stores in Italy a few years ago but there was nothing there I really wanted to wear outside the store. I came across a couple of amazing looks today and was shocked to learn they are from the designer fall 2009 collection. It appears Cavalli has moved away from his leopard and floral fare to grommets, studs, black-suede tank dresses and scarves and thigh high boots. I loved this collection! Style.com
