spring 2009: everyone hates gucci?

The reviews are in for Gucci's Spring 2009 collection and they are lukewarm at best. One of my favorite blogs Fashionologie does the round up and this is how it breaks down. Gucci designer Frida Giannini may design clothes that sell but she has sold out because she no longer pushes the fashion envelope. Or in otherwords, she is the Michael Kors of Italy.
